FUNCTIONING PRINCIPLE

Ignition phase
Door ajar:
- the combustion agent air enters into the firebox directly from the opening and by the regulation mechanism by activating primary combustion;
- the combustion products reach the roof, heating it to then escape directly from the upper vent.

Normal working phase
Door closed:
- the combustion agent air enters into the firebox via the air regulation mechanism and from the top of the glass activating primary combustion;
- the combustion products produced on primary combustion (with the unburned gases in suspension) reach the roof of the firebox from which hot air escapes, which mixes with the combustion products transiting, igniting them and thus activating post-combustion;
- the occurrence of post-combustion allows to re-ignite all primary combustion residues present in the combustion products and so increase efficiency, greatly reducing the emissions.

PRODUCTION OF AIR FOR HEATING

- two fans in the gap between the firebox and the covering make environmental air circulate, which entering from the base, heats up and escapes hot from the holes in the front panel;
- fill the tank with water to humidify the air in the room.

REGULATIONS

- the primary air is regulated by the gate valve on the front door panel;
- the primary air is introduced into the firebox via a conveyor system;
- the secondary air and for cleaning the gas enter the firebox via a gap (between the glass and door) in the upper part;
- the air for post-combustion enters via a pipe that passes below and behind the firebox where it is heated and then introduced by a drip system into the upper part of the firebox;
- the air used for heating enters from the lower part of the stove into the gap between the firebox and covering and exits hot from the holes in the upper front panel.

WARNINGS

Any odours during first ignitions can be caused by residues of working materials: they will disappear completely after the first few times it is used. Clean the fire surface frequently and empty the ash container before it is completely filled.
The ash must not come into contact with the cast iron grid.
The ash must be put in a closed container made from non-flammable material.
The stove must only be used by adults and operations must be performed wearing suitable athermic gloves.
Do not use any type of inflammable liquid to light the fire.
The stove, the combustion product pipe and the flue must be cleaned at least once a year.
Always clean when the stove is cold.
