Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 - "Personal data protection code" - (hereinafter "the Code") please find below information concerning the processing of personal data that you might provide us in order to take advantage of the services offered by Edilkamin s.p.a S.p.A (hereinafter also “Data Controller”) starting from the address http://www.edilkamin.com/
(hereinafter the "Website").
1. Processing purposes: provision of services requested
Some of your personal data (name, surname, city, e-mail address, credit card and/or paypal account number) will be autonomously processed by Edilkamin s.p.a to give effect to the Contractual Terms and Conditions accepted by you upon registration on the Website and, therefore, to: finalise registration on the Website, provide you with a username and password, allow you to access your personal area on the Website, provide you with the services requested, manage payment transactions and fulfil legal obligations.
The provision of such personal data for this purpose is optional, but refusal to do so will make it impossible to register on the Website and use the Services offered by Edilkamin s.p.a S.p.A
2. Further purposes: marketing, direct sales, prize competitions, surveys, marketing communications
With your express consent, free and optional, some of your personal data (name, surname, city, e-mail address) will be autonomously processed by Edilkamin s.p.a for marketing purposes, sending marketing communications and direct sales via mail, e-mail, telephone, fax or any other remote means of communication, in relation to products or services offered by the two Data Controllers or by third parties.
Provision of such personal data and consent to their treatment for such purpose is free and optional and possible refusal will not in any way affect the possibility of being able to register on the Website and use the services requested. Please note that, even in the event of consent, you may at any time oppose processing of your personal data for such purposes, as well as be able to exercise all the rights provided for in art. 7 of the Code, by simple request to the Data Controller without any formalities.
3. Processing methods
In relation to the above purposes, processing of data will be carried out both via electronic means and/or telecommunication means, as well as on paper and, in any case, via tools suitable for ensuring its security and confidentiality through the adoption of security measures prescribed by the Code. Please note that your personal data will be stored at the registered office of the Data Controller or at third party companies that offer so-called "hosting" services which, in this case, will be appointed as external Data Processors.
4. Scope of communication and dissemination of data
Those who from time to time are appointed by the Data Controller as "Data Processors" or "Persons in charge of processing" may become aware of your personal data.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, your personal data will not be disseminated in any way.

Data subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of said data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration, updating or rectification (art. 7 of the Code).
Pursuant to the same article, data subjects have the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, as well as to in any case oppose, for legitimate reasons, processing of the same.
