S.C.P. THE COMBUSTION REVOLUTION
A new advantageous combustion system called S.C.P. (Clean Combustion System) has been developed from the technical studies performed by Edilkamin, leader in stove and fireplace technology. An innovative system that guarantees cleaner combustion products and greater heat efficiency. In fact, after good “primary combustion”, obtained by a revolutionary combustion agent air distribution method, the process is optimised thanks to “post-combustion”. The air for “post-combustion” is introduced into the firebox in the ambit of the same system (SCP) to allow to lower pollutant levels (CO) and further heat recovery.

ECOLOGY

The stoves in the new Edilkamin collection have great advantages and astonishing efficiency, most of all on the ecology level: the emission level of noxious gases is almost nil, thanks to very efficient combustion, the result of the great quality and high technological level of Edilkamin products.

HUMIDIFIER

Some models are equipped with humidifier tray to emanate essences, which is situated on the top. This improves the quality of the room air and perfumes it with the correct amount of humidity.

HOT AIR DISTRIBUTION

The hot air can circulate inside the stove and be introduced into the room naturally (natural convection) or with force (forced ventilation).
In the case of circulation by forced ventilation, the stoves are equipped with manually or automatically-controlled fans via a synoptic switch incorporated into the stoves themselves or applied onto a moveable support. The controls on the switch become operational when the air for heating inside the gap reaches a temperature of 50°C.
